Meet Victoria

Yoga Instructor at Muovere in OKC

Victoria has been teaching yoga since 2018, combining years of experience with a strong academic foundation in health and performance psychology. After falling in love with yoga in 2013, she completed her 200-hour Hatha and Vinyasa teacher training at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, Arizona, followed by 100 hours of Yoga Nidra training under Dr. Kamini Desai through the Amrit Method. Victoria holds a Master of Science in Health Psychology and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Performance Psychology, where she is researching the effects of Yoga Nidra meditation on occupational burnout. She loves teaching a variety of class styles, with a special passion for Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Intro to Contortion, and Sound Healing. Through her classes, Victoria strives to create meaningful experiences that support both physical well-being and mental resilience.

Fun Facts about Victoria:

  • She used to perform as a contortionist in a private entertainment group in Scottsdale, AZ.

  • She plays piano and write songs under the name Airrose.

  • She speaks Italian and lived in Italy for a little bit.
